Services in Elm Ridge Hall
Northgate URC services will be held in
Elm Ridge Hall from 21st November
Services
Thanks to a kind offer from Elm Ridge Methodist Church, Carmel Rd South, (DL3 8DJ), we will be holding in-person services in the their Hall from November 21st, at our usual time of 10:45 a.m.
The plan is that our service is a little shorter than 1 hour, so that both services end at around 11:30, allowing both groups to meet over coffee in the Hall.
We intend to use overheads, rather than hymn books.
We will be continuing the various 'at home' service options until we review the need.
Covid Precautions
Masks must be worn whilst singing but at other times will be optional.
Hand-sanitising gel will be available at the door and at the hatch.
Parking
We have been asked to park in the 'overflow' car park (signed) within the trees on the left.
Extra Disabled bays will be marked close to the covered walkway.
How long will this arrangement last?
The arrangement is for all practical purposes indefinite.
There will be a missing Sunday (Dec. 12th) when they are holding their 'Journey to Bethlehem' weekend, when the Hall will become a stable, and there will be no in-person service on Sunday 26th December but there will be a service of Lessons and Carols on our YouTube channel.
